Challenge/Opportunity

Client needed a personalized, high strength, stackable and product optimized tote box with separators and dust protection.

The chosen solution

We chose a corrugated plastic material with 700gsm and a 4mm thickness, die-cut, printed, and ready assembled.

• Engineered structure of the box to meet product geometry, weight and batch optimization;
• It has dust protection using a PVC and Velcro closing system;
• Products can be stored and delivered in the same box between supplier and across the supply chain, even to the final customer;

• Great stackability due to the rigid corner profiles;  
• Separator system is designed with releases for optimized picking by operators;
• The material can be provided with ESD and UV protection;
• White, black and blue standard colors – custom colors also available;
• Material thickness can be between 2mm – 12mm;
• The material is 100% recyclable;
• The inside can be laminated with other soft materials for additional surface protection;
