Wine Bottle Packaging Boxes

Challenge/Opportunity

Traditional bubble wrap packaging of our client did not offer the necessary protection for wine bottles during transportation. 

The chosen solution

The solution was an individual cardboard box that protects the bottle on all sides, with additional tabs that keep it distanced from the exterior box.

Advantages

• Individual bottle protection;
• Protection is guaranteed on both upper and bottom part of the bottle;
• The concept allows for delivery of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 units per box;
• The size of cartons have been standardized for each concept;
• Enhanced protection due to distance between the product and the exterior packaging;
• Reduced packaging volume with at least 50% in storage and on the assembly line due to flat-packed delivery;
• Quick assembly of the packaging without any tools required;
• The material used is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable;
• It eliminates the need to use any plastic packaging like bubble wrap, polystyrene beads or EPE film;
