Challenge/Opportunity
Customer requires a fixing system to ensure protection against shocks and vibrations;

The chosen solution
We designed a packaging solution with the kiss-cut technology, using EPE foam material that has a 24kg/m3 density and a 50mm thickness;

  • Added protection due to increased spacing between the product and the box walls / cardboard layers;
  • Reduced volume of up to 70% on the packaging journey to the assembly line, due to its ability to be shipped flat-packed;

  • Can be manufactured with anti-static properties;
  • EPE foam material color can be white, pink and black;
  • Available thickness between 40 – 100 mm (for large or oversized products);
